Your mysql user has no access rights for a LOCK TABLES modules WRITE command.

That means, your webhoster denies you the LOCK TABLES privilege.
Without it, Lotgd (any) will not work =)

You need to ask your provider for it.

EDIT:
The installer in 1.2.2 should now check if you have the privilege and give out an error message upon installation.
